Real Court Challenges. Real Solutions.
The Future of Justice in Cameron County
Courts are under pressure with overloaded dockets. Chuy Garcia has the experience and the plan to move justice forward.
Fair & Equal Justice For All
Justice must be applied equally, without bias, favoritism, or politics. I will uphold the Constitution, follow the letter of the law as written, and protect the rights of every person who enters my court with integrity, fairness, and accountability.
Proven Courtroom Leadership
With 9 years as a Justice of the Peace, I have earned real courtroom experience and community trust. I have also served as judge at the municipal court level. I will be ready to lead day one in the 107th District Court.
Judicial Respect & Temperament
Temperament is the foundation of justice. A good judge remains calm under pressure, disciplined, and fair to all. I will listen with patience, rule with clarity, and treat everyone with the respect they deserve... con dignidad, always.
Accountable & Efficient Courts
Accountability must be firm, but always guided by fairness and compassion. I will respect people’s time, move cases efficiently, and keep the court focused on justice, not delay for families, victims, and communities we serve.
